Viewing Solutions

There are three options for viewing Solutions from the FootPrints Homepage:

1. Public Solutions—Select Public Solutions from the Display drop-down list or the Project Totals box on the FootPrints Homepage.  Public Solutions are viewable by both Agents and customers.
2. Internal Solutions—Select Internal Solutions from the Display drop-down list or the Project Totals box on the FootPrints Homepage.  Internal Solutions are only viewable by Agents and administrators and usually have more detailed or technical information than Public Solutions.
3. Public Solutions from All Projects—Select Public Solutions from All Projects from the Display drop-down to see a list of Public Solutions from all Projects to which you belong.

When one of the options above is selected, a list of Solutions is displayed on the homepage.  To view the Details of the Solution, c  lick the Solution number.
