Sample Time Tracking Report

This report returns year-to-date Time Tracking data for the year of 2001 for a specific company:

1. Enter title “Widget Support Team - Time Spent in 2001 YTD”.
2. Choose “All Users” from user list.
3. Report on Issues after 1 1 2001.
4. Select all Statuses.
5. Click “GO”.

A report is returned that includes:

• Project Name
• Total number of Issues reported
•  Total time spent by all team members in 2001 as of today’s date
• Average time spent by Agents on these Issues
• Total cost of work for department (based on hourly rate)
• Average cost per Issue
• A breakdown of each Issue

Sample Time tracking Report

The time tracking report can be saved or printed right from the browser window.  If the text file option is chosen, a Windows “Save As” dialog box will appear.
