Results

The Results tab displays the results of CMDB searches. The Results page displays up to 25 CIs at a time and then you must page through to see more.

The Results page has the following controls/buttons:

• —Displays the next page when there are multiple results pages. This button is deactivated when there is only one page of results.
• —Displays the previous page when there are multiple results pages. This button is deactivated when there is only one page of results.
• —Displays the last page when there are multiple results pages. This button is deactivated when there is only one page of results.
• —Displays the first page when there are multiple results pages. This button is deactivated when there is only one page of results.
• —Refreshes the results page.
• CSV—Exports the results data to a .csv file. When you click the CSV button, you are prompted for a file location and filename.
• Report—Opens a new browser window with the results data displayed in a printable format.
• Details—Click on a CI in the results and then click on the Details button to display the Details page for that CI. CIs can be edited or deleted from the Details page.
• Save—The Save button saves the search that brought you to these results.
