Using MS CRM to Access FootPrints Issues
Access to FootPrints
Issues within MS CRM is tied to specific contacts. That
is, you select a contact within MS CRM and then, when the Contact
pop-up page is displayed, you click the FootPrints
Cases button to display the FootPrints
Issues that are associated with that contact.
To access FootPrints
Issues from within MS CRM:
- Log into MS CRM.
- Click the Sales
button at the bottom of the page. The
contacts list is displayed
- Double-click on one
of the contacts in the list. A
pop-up is displayed with the details for that contacts.
- Click on the FootPrints
Cases button at the bottom of the left frame.
- The main frame is
refreshed with the FootPrints
Issues list.
